01We connect buyers and sellers
SalesMaster is a listing platform. We help you find shops, and agents who can check items for you. We don't sell, stock, deliver or hold the products listed here.
02Shops arrange delivery and payment
When you contact a shop, any delivery, payment, returns or warranty is agreed between you and the shop. SalesMaster isn't part of that arrangement and isn't responsible for it.
03Every shop is on the map
Before a shop can list products, it must pin its physical location and upload photos of its premises. If a shop's pin or photos look wrong, tell us and we'll look into it.
04Shop plans
Shops can list up to 10 products for free. The Pro plan costs KSh 800 a month for unlimited listings and 3 ad credits.
05Agents
Agents confirm that an item exists and matches what you asked for, with photos and a short video taken at a SalesMaster shop. You pay the agent's quoted fee upfront. It's released to the agent when you confirm the proof, or automatically after 24 hours. If the agent can't find the item, the fee is still paid: you're paying for the search. Agents and shops agree any delivery between themselves.
06Your wallet
You top up your SalesMaster wallet with M-Pesa to pay agent fees. Wallet money isn't withdrawable cash; refunds are handled case by case by customer care. Agents can withdraw their earnings to M-Pesa. SalesMaster keeps 15% of each agent fee.
